Desicon Engineering Limited was established focusing on support activities in the infant Nigerian energy sector.

Desicon signed an exclusive technical agreement with an international electrical & instrumentation company.

Formation of Saidel to focus exclusively on shallow water/offshore projects.

Formation of Prezicon (JV with multinational modifications and maintenance services company).

Marine Department acquired lay barges.

Desicon started providing electrical and instrumentation solutions to its clients.

Desicon signed 10 year local technical partnership with a multinational company, starts bidding and executing EPC projects as a consortium.

Completed restructuring and business process reengineering by a consultancy firm as part of our growth.

Completed construction of a new ultra-modern office in Port-Harcourt which can accommodate up to 300 people.
